Career Overview
Early Career: Mr. Lakshomanan started his professional journey as an Advocate Practitioner at the High Court of Chennai, followed by a role as an Administrator with ETA Ascon Group in Dubai. He also worked as an HR Executive with Pricol Ltd. in Coimbatore, gaining valuable experience in both legal and human resource management fields.
Founding HRS Group
With his extensive experience and expertise in Human Resource Management, Mr. Lakshomanan founded HRS Group in 1997, initially focusing on providing security services to companies. His vision was to address the growing need for reliable and compliant workforce solutions in the industrial sector.
Expanding Services
In 1998, he expanded the company’s offerings by venturing into labour contract services for manufacturing industries. By 2006, he made the strategic decision to dissolve the security services division and focus exclusively on the growing demand for labour contract services, which laid the foundation for the company’s success in the years to come.

- HRS Group is a licensed service provider deputing various categories of employees / labours to different engineering industries to their specific requirements ensuring all legal compliance like Minimum Wages, PF, ESI, Leave Wages, Bonus & other statutory compliances under various Factory & Labour laws.
- HRS Group is deputing currently about 1500+ employees to the specific needs of various leading engineering industries. Supported by 10 office staffs & 12 supervisors at customer facility.
- HRS recruits employees as our employees in the capacity of independent employer and depute them to our customers under various categories such as Diploma holders / Engineers / Administrative staff at different levels.
- We are professionally managed service industry. We will consider ourselves as part of your HR & Admin Department and work in close coordination. We are performance driven contractors and ensure positive work relation in the larger interest of our customers.
- HRS recruits employees as our employees in the capacity of independent employer and depute them to our customers under various categories such as Diploma holders / Engineers / Administrative staff at different levels.
- We do undertake placement services on specific requirements in any field
